SNOW!
It has snowed. Alot. I mean…tons! Simmie the dog is mad…he’s small and the snow is up to his tummy making it hard for him to “go”. LOL…Had him out yesterday and he started crying. I couldn’t figure out why and then it hit me. Poor puppies feet are frozen. I took him into the garage where I had towels out to dry him off and he laid down on them and started licking his feet. Poor thing. We’re going to Pets Mart to get him some booties. Hopefully he’ll be cooperative. I love snow. You can hear the kids sledding on the hills behind the complex. It sounds like so much fun. Ummm, Simmie doesn’t like the booties. We tried that here. I tried putting them on him in the Petsmart and he freaked! The only thing that worked for us was making a clearing for him to “go” in the backyard. I know, hard to do in an apartment complex, but worth a try. Just lower the snow in a 6 x 6 area and he’s good. He’ll pee on the edges…
