Party photos.

We had a great time at the party. It was good to see all the cousins meeting up after not seeing each other for years. Evan didn’t even remember them, he was so young when he last saw them.
There was a split in husband’s family some years ago, which will never be mended, but I’m glad to see the cousins all finally catching up, as the argument had nothing to do with them.
The music at the party was all 80s stuff, which everyone seemed happy with. At one stage Melissa, Evan, husband and I were dancing and singing together to ABBA’s Dancing Queen. Had such a great time with them all.
Melissa was a disco diva with the largest head of hair I’ve ever seen. Evan wore a glittery shirt with yellow pants that he’d hired. Luka just wore his band clothes and a studded collar. Husband and I were punks.
We had a great time with the kids getting ready. I had green hairspray and husband’s was pink.
The weather was really good for winter, and on our drive home Sunday, it was like a spring day. We were supposed to go to a bbq on Sunday which would have been great. But husband took a fall at the airport while walking to meet Luka and Melissa. He was lucky his back injury wasn’t aggravated in the fall. But he’s left with some really sore ribs, which the doctor says is soft tissue damage. Husband thinks he fell on his arm, which was better than his ribs hitting the pavement. He was lucky.
