A short holiday.
Tomorrow we’re off to Sydney where we are meeting up with Melissa and Evan, who is flying back from visiting his late girlfriend’s mother in the US. I’ve been worried about how he is coping and typically he hasn’t kept in touch. But he emailed me today asking where we were all going to stay.
This is where we’re going. CLICK The weather should be lovely but I’m taking no chances by packing winter and spring clothes.
We’ve organised to go whale watching, weather permitting of course. I’m looking forward to having us all together even if only for a few days. We’ve never visited Jervis Bay before and living so far from the beach, it will be great to be there.
The unit looks wonderful and it has a spa which is something I have never experienced. No doubt Melissa and I will make use of it!
Anyway, just a short entry with photos when we get back.
Heh, I have been to Huskinsson many times in my teenage and later in my courting days. Dad and I were there in January with my friend J. Lovely spot, and maybe you will miss the worst of the tourists. Hope the weather is kind to you – it’s a beautiful part of the world. Very wise to pack something warm – hope you enjoy it.

P.S. The couch in unit 5 has the EXACT same fabric as the couch in my living room.

What a wonderful trip you had. I am glad you got to see Washington State where I live as it is beautiful. I live on the coast of Washington near the Oregon border and the great Columbia River and about 15 minutes from the ocean. What a traveler you are……. HUGS

That looks lovely. we went there a couple of years ago when we were staying near Sussex inlet. I miss the sea too. I’d love to live closer to it.
