Just can’t think of what to say some days

A Spots morning…early. Sleeping in is now 6:30. How sad. I’m getting around 5 hours a night…which sounds dumb, because I’m generally in bed around 10 or 10:30. But I wake up so many times that it’s not continuous sleep. That’s the worst. I’ve tried everything – window open, window closed, more clothes, less clothes (hey now!), blanket, no blanket, music, T.V., lights, darkness (even though I hate that). Nothing works. Aih…oh well. I’m not dragging too much.

Got coffee from Andrew…mmm, thanks, bud. πŸ™‚ That was a saving grace. We’re doing a really cool project in Spanish about Mexican and Spanish artists…my group (Andrew, Naomi, Greg, and me) is doing Dali. πŸ™‚ Relojes flojo. Cool beans…

English was cool as usual. Steph was in a great mood…how fun for us. Cole, Ben, Jesse, Eric, and I made fun of the International Socialist Review (or Revue? I don’t know) and just had a good talk. Those guys are so smart…it rocks my world. πŸ™‚

Band was nutty. I was the “smart person” of the group. We learned Mr. Roboto moves. And Ben called me a chipmunk again. I’ll be beating him down later.

Last day of sand volleyball. Jenny, Cole, and I spent the entire time talking about AP English or speaking in Spanish. TAPAS! Quiero paella!

Lunch to Big 10 (ice cream!). Dude, THAT was a fun lunch. πŸ™‚ Thanks, girls.

Semi-boring genetics…ehh. Not one of her better days. But I did get to touch jellied eggs. πŸ™‚ And then I tried to touch Gruber’s neck, but he wouldn’t let me!

Normal 6th hour. No Nick…

AP Psych was nuts. The fetuses next to the trail mix (“no significance”). Alexis cuddling then DROPPING the fetus. The “medium pizza” comment. Three Kleenexes instead of a towel. Andrew’s, “Hold it in!” comment. Gummi babies. Mr. Ward making the breast pump noise. Some CUTE questions from Paul! Awesome class…

Practice was cool. Had a good, long talk with Bernie. There are going to be some definite changes.

Came home and Mom and I went to the mall. We ran into Steph and Mike. They’re a cute couple! πŸ™‚ Yay! Then we went and got Chinese for dinner (CRAB RANGOON!). I ate and did psych and genetics, then went driving. I went out for like half an hour and saw the most gorgeous sunset. All alone, Alicia Keys blaring. I wouldn’t have wanted to share that with anyone. This is the second night I’ve done this. It’s my alternative to walking.

God…Milton has BEAUTIFUL sunsets. I’m going to explore the town a bit more tomorrow.

Mitch came over and we just hung around for a couple of hours. I can kind of count to ten in French. And he told about that really stupid thing about how there’s no “70” in French. What’s up with that? Note: must remind my mother to not hang around the room the entire time he’s here. πŸ™‚ I’d like just a BIT of alone time with him.

Listening to “I Want Candy,” watching “The Golden Girls,” and attempting to French Braid my hair.

*giggles* Right….

G’night, y’all.

P.S. I’m glad I always get to say that last “I love you” of the night. πŸ™‚ Thank you.
