I don’t really feel like writing about the weekend right now. It was amazing and relaxing and fun and crazy, all at the same time. I still feel as though I’m on the water *closes eyes* Yup, still feeling the waves.

But…no. Not now. I won’t soon forget those emotions. It’s late and I’m tired and I have band in the morning.

Not to mention 140 pages of Wuthering Heights left. Plus 1984. It’s going to make for an interesting two days.

My room is a mess. My sleeping bag is taking up most of the space, oddly enough. Oh well. It served me well. 🙂 I can probably whip things into shape in a half an hour or so. That can wait until tomorrow after band.

Dad’s back from South Carolina. He brought me new sunglasses (like I need another pair), two amazing shells from the Atlantic, roasted pecans, and benne wafers. YUM. You HAVE to try benne wafers sometime in your life.

*grin* They’re orgasmic.

He had a good time at the wedding. I’m really happy about that.

Mom gave me my senior gift today. It’s pretty cool – a new journal, this incredibly funky looking organizer, mucho film, and (Steph will love this) Post-it notes. 🙂 Plus a new water bottle to replace the one I killed on the CO trip. All in all, it rocks.

And she got me Belgian chocolates. 🙂 Yummy.

Michael decided to play with my computer while I was gone and somehow broke my computer desk.

Go figure.

Hey, dweeb, NO TOUCHY! Nooo touchy!

🙂

Anyway, I need to collapse now. The sunburn is making me quite warm, my toe needs a new band-aid, and I’m just plain worn out.

Later.

Whenever THAT is.

Hey! Getting all ready for senior year, huh? I bet you’ll have a blast. You seem really into making memories and keeping ’em, with the journal and all that film, and stuff. 🙂 That’s very cool.
