3 More Days…
Today was our (and by "our", I mean James and I) first day of Texas Tech Homeschooling. After some debate, I decided on working on American history. The first section of the first chapter was, dare I say, actually interesting. After that, it was just plain boring. That thick volume went on and on about legislature, trade, and other useless junk. I want to hear more about the cultures of the people, not the laws that have been changed by now!
Anyways, James and I did our work. Then, Dad ended up rewarding us greatly. He took us to see G.I. Joe, which was a fantastic movie. I’ll just say one thing: If you like the coolness of technological gear, nanobites, and ninjas, it’s the movie for you. I guess it was worth reading that looooooooooong chapter just to see some ninja-tastic action.
Only 3 more days left before we board our flight to Los Angeles. From there, we’ll board a plane to Melboure, Australia. There are a few people from our Youth Group, as well as some kids from school, who aren’t taking the move very well. My boyfriend, Justin, is naturally devastated. My friends Morgan and Catherine both get emotional when the subject is brought up. Well, Catherine’s the one who bursts into tears; Morgan just gets really ticked off and says she’s going to fly over and bring me back. Vivian and Karissa are really upset to see me go. Even Paul, our youth minister, isn’t exactly thrilled.
I’ll write more tomorrow to tell about the sleepover I’m having with Vivian tonight. Bye!!!

You’re just in time, going to Australia as winter ends. You’ll almost get 2 summers. Though, Melbourne is one of the colder places. I just had 2 summers, doing the reverse, I moved from Australia to the United States.
