What, no weigh in?

If you haven’t noticed. I didn’t weigh in and I’m not going to.

I’ve decided that weigh-ins will happen every 2 weeks now instead of 1. I’m trying to wean myself off of the scale so eventually I can hop on once a month and see what it says.

I’m trying to gradually turn my life into something other than one big diet. This is me for the rest of my life. I don’t want to live by a scale. I want to have control and yet be free.

We’ll see how this works. I suppose I should remove the box of chocolates off my desk if I’m going to exercise some kind of control, eh! 

I worked out today. Jogged for 30 mins, walked for 10, elliptical for 5.        Killed off about 600 cals. Go me!

I want to do something like this myself. I am tired of lving by the scale and I know what to do and what not to do to lose. I might steal this idea from you soon. RYN~I hate that picture with all my soul! I want to puke, scream and tear it up, but I can’t. Because its always there to remind me. 🙂

That’s a good idea! Especially since you are getting so close to your goal weight, it’ll be nicer to see bigger number than once a week weigh-ins.

Good idea. =) I really, need to stop being so lazy. LOL

That is a great example you are setting for others such as yourself. You’ve come so far, now you need to make it a lifestyle.. for life. You can’t have life dictated to you by the scale. You are my hero, seriously!

I dont blame you. I think i might do a monthly one at the moment. Stepping on the scales and finding out I havent lost or havent lost much sets me back and gets me depressed.
