No weigh in this week

I’m not weighing in this week. We just got home from being away. We went to Six Flags in New York for a few days. Fun stuff. I didn’t eat horribly like I did when we were at the cottage but I could have been a little better. Oh well.

I’ve decided that I’m going to take the rest of this week off from the gym and get back into the swing of things after the labour day weekend. We’re going to a ribfest this weekend and I’ll be damned if I’m going to deny myself a big ole rack of ribs.

On the upside my clothes still fit so I don’t think I did too much damage these past few days.

I hope everyone is doing well.

Yum! Have fun @ Rib Fest. We have one of those in the summer in MPLS but I didn’t go this year.

It’s ok to take a mini-break – I think keeping control like this shows that you will be able to maintain after you are done loosing. 🙂 Enjoy those ribs – yummm….

I think so. I did the extrat to and then I opened it up from my folder and all the flowers came up and it says Adobe Ilustrator CS setup

She is almost a trainwreck to me. I read her occasionally. I find every time I note her she is so nasty. But I guess so am I. haha She is not supposed to be able to read my entries. She is not technically on my faves, just on the list so I can see what crap she spews next. I made reference to her naming her kid something on another diary…and I Never said it was bad…just…unique…and she came

to my diary rip roaring mad. It was kind of funny. You cannot debate with her. She is so stubborn, it’s ridiculous.
