How do I say this?

I regret to inform you and I just don’t know how to say it without being blunt so here goes…..(snicker snicker)

Adios suckas, I’m off early tomorrow morning for 8 days of fun in the sun.

Sandy beach, sun shine, no worries in the world, no responsibilities and lots of relaxation.

Be good while I’m gone. I’ll be sure to update when I get back. No doubt I’ll have a ton of pics to show you all.

wow, you are amazing. did you make up all the challenges yourself? you could write a book or run a program or something. plus, we have VERY similar taste in food (have you tried the ALL BRAN cereal bars? 6 grams of fiber for 120 calories.
