Friday Food Log
Breakfast

- Mixed fruit cut up including grapes, madarin oranges, apples and a little granola on top

- Minestrone soup
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese

- Carrot muffin with becel margarin

Dinner
- Chicken fajita homemade: 1lg flour tortilla shell, green pepper, red pepper, mushroom, cheddar cheese chicken breast, spicy barbeque sauce with ranch sauce for dipping.

- Green Tea

- Undecided if I’ll have a snack because I’m stuffed from dinner. If I do it will probably be rice cakes or something similar.

Exercise
- No exercise today. Had to drive 3 hours round trip to pick my son up so I didn’t have time. No biggie.

I haven’t exercised in two weeks!!! I blame it on my sickness and being busy, but I am SO getting back into it this week! LOL
