Monkey See Monkey Do
Weight Loss Survey stolen from …I can’t remember now…sorry lol
1. Starting Weight: 252
2. Current Weight: 150
3. Lowest Weight: 140 after giving birth to my first born and to think I thought I was FAT then. Whoa
4. Highest Weight: 252 but I’m sure it was higher I just never dared step on the scale until I decided to get healthy.
5. Goal Weight: 125
6. Highest Clothing Size: 24-26 Womens, 2-3XL shirt
7. Lowest Clothing Size: 9 Womens, M-L Shirt (depending on the make)
8. Favorite Non Diet Food: Nothing I eat is really "diet" so I’m going to answer what my "sinful" food is: Pizza
9. Favorite Diet Food: Again, nothing I eat is "diet" I eat everything just in moderation. I’d say my Hershey’s Chocolate Peanutbutter Protein Bar.
10. Favorite Exercise: Cybex Arc Trainer
11. When did you start trying to lose weight: Jan 2005
12. What made you want to lose weight: Uh, I just got sick and tired of being FAT. Walking was becoming a chore. You know, all the uncomfortable things that happen with being overweight…ya I was sick of those.
13. What is different about this time: I’ve succeeded!
14. Is your husband/wife/significant other encouraging you: My husband is the most supportive/complimentary person I know. Although he does eat Fudgeoos in front of me LOL It’s alright I don’t really like them anyway. He’s a keeper that’s for sure.
15. How do you stay motivated:Looking at old pictures of me is enough to motivate me to get off my ass and exercise.
16. What are some tips you have for weight loss: Drink lots of water. Exercise regularly. Portion control and consistency.
17. When do you exersice: On average 6 times a week for 60-90 mins but sometimes only 5 times a week. Depends on how I feel. Today I felt like crap so I didn’t go.
18. Do you do crunches, weights, aerobics, etc: Cardio on the Arc Trainer followed by either the eliptical or treadmill followed by circuit training followed by free weights. Not necessarily every day but I try.
19. Any advice for any other dieters out there: Join the fitness and weight loss circle. The people there are amazingly supportive. Also all my favs are the best in the world. They always leave awesome supportive, pat me on the back kinda notes.
20. Add anything else inspirational here: Winners never quit and quitters never win. Don’t quit!

I can’t believe how much weight you have lost by not doing anything TOO drastically. That amazes me! The fact that you aren’t exercising all day and starving yourself, but yet you’ve lost 100 pounds in 1 year! Wow. So what does your husband think about the weight loss?! He must be in heaven!

Thank you for the awesome and encouraging diary. I’m 19, no children, and weigh the same you did when you started. Reading you diary over the last month has really given me more motivation to get the weight off. I’m way too young to be this big!!! Thanks soooo much for your inspiration! Also, how can I join the weightloss circle? I’m partially changing my diary to a weightloss tracker also…

I love pizza too. Nice and greasy and sure to give me a stomach ache. Have you ever tried sauerkraut and pepperoni pizza? It’s so good but no one will ever get it with me.

Found your diary on random, I have a question. Do you think that 60-90 minutes a day is needed or would 30-45 minutes 5 days a week work?
