Ouch
My body aches. That’s what I get for using muscles that would have rather stayed sleeping. I did circuit training at the gym yesterday and today my muscles are feeling the pain.
I’m pretty excited about going to the gym though. The people are nice the equipment is cool and I’m gonna be a hot sexy momma before I’m 40 lmao.

The best way to reduce soreness is to stretch…before, during, and after. With weight training it’s even more important. I do 1-2 sets of stretching for each muscle group before and after each set of lifting. It also lengthens the muscles and makes them more productive. Keep it up though, you’re doing great!
