Sunday is the last day for the challenge

Hey everyone. I hope everyone is well. It’s been hotter than crap here. 109 today with the humidex. Ya that’s HOT 🙁

I’m just reminding everyone that the current challenge in progress ends tomorrow. I will need your results posted to me in a PRIVATE note no later than Tuesday so I can post the winners Tuesday night.

The next challenge will being on Monday the 27th and end on Sunday the 10th of July.

It will be a Weight Loss Challenge and an Exercise challenge. For those new to the challenges, please refer to this entry for details.

I had 520 ounces of water during the challenge, and I lost 10 pounds.

109 degrees is ridiculous! I’d kill someone, probably. I’m excited to see the winners, even though I didn’t participate in the challenge. I have to ask though, how do you know everyone is being honest? They could easily lie about their weight and how much they lost…

I didnt lose any weight…..but i did drink about 1500 oz of water in the last two weeks. Can you please add me to the next challenge?
