To Clarify
I’ve had a couple people ask what that current challenge is. I mentioned it in a previous post but from now on I will make the challenge posts a post of their own to avoid confusion.
So for the current challenge, they are:
1) Most weight lost. For those of you that have never participated before and were wanting more details, this is just a basic weight loss challenge. Take your starting weight and subtract it from your ending weight (on or about the 12th of June) and let me know your total loss.
2) Exercise challenge. Keep track of the TOTAL hours of exercise you did during the 2 week time period and at the end of the challenge note me letting me now how many hours you did. To be fair we do not consider walking the halls at work from one office to another, or walking across the street to get to your car a part of this challenge. Only specific time you set aside for exercise counts.

I lost a total of 4 pounds but the excersize I’m not entirely sure on, only about 5 or so hours in total. Thanks for letting me join!
