Speeding car

I was crossing a street on October 19th at about 9:30pm when I was struck by a speeding car. I was hospitalized for about one week. I had surgery on my right tibia. I am beyond lucky to be alive and to only have suffered the injuries I have suffered. They believes that I had internal injuries, broken ribs, a broken pelvis, a fractured skull etc. I had nothing of the sort. My right tibia was broken in 3 places and my right fibula was broken in one place.They are major breaks and I did need a metal rod that will stay forever. I am in a cast for at least 5 more weeks then another cast from there then PT for months. I am alive

I am in quite a bit of pain and I am having nightmares. James has come through for me in more ways than I can describe. When Ihave my netbook back I will write more. I am using a friend’s laptop and the space bar sticks and drives me insane. .
