OSU Buckeyes get Spanked bh Florida

What a bummer of a game last night. Florida ripped apart OSU in football. 41-14 was the final score. I guess the 51 days off were too much for the Buckeyes. I went to bed at halftime and had to read for 30 minutes just to calm down. Oh, well. Don’t dwell on it. It’s just a game.

Been working out with the weights nearly every day since the new year. Just using 25lb dumbells for some toning. Already I notice a difference in 1 1/2 weeks.  I’ve combined this with some of my yoga practice. Feels good so I’m going to keep at it for at least 12 weeks. (Travel may impact this slightly).

Saturday the packers came and took away a pile of Diane’s stuff. She’s having it packed and shipped to her friend in Joplin, MO. The estimate they gave was $500 but she called later and it will be "a little more". What a racket! At least it’s out of the house and (hopefully) in a good home. Diane is learning to let go! Great.
