Full Term!

So, I’m just not feeling well these days. This last trimester has been very trying. And the last month or so has been downright shitty. I’m still trying to work 40 hours a week, although I haven’t done so since sometime in June. Being on my feet for 8 hours a day is almost impossible. And my supervisors at work don’t give 2 shits about how hard it is. And every one of them is a mother so you’d think they’d have some sort of compassion. Ha! Right…

Next week is definitely my last week. I will be waving my white flag after that. I don’t think my body will put up with it. I’m surprised it’s lasted this long! Swelling hasn’t been a big issue. I’ve had some minor swelling, and that’s only after I’ve been sitting for long periods of time. While I’ve been working it’s not been a problem. But with all the lifting I STILL have to do, the pressure from the baby has given me terrible hemorrhoids. I missed 2 days of work just this week from them. Nothing I do helps, all the creams and pastes, and wipes make them worse. I’ve found it best to just chill for a few days and let them settle on their own. Which they never really do 100%, but at least they can become livable. This part of being pregnant I will not miss!

Lil girl is still breech. Not cool! I turn 39 weeks on Sept. 4th, and doc usually does surgeries on Mondays which would be the 7th. But that is Labor Day so the OR is closed. She said she may be able to schedule for the 9th though, making her birthday 09-09-09! That would be neat! Recovering from surgery not so much though… Flip baby, flip! Please? LoL

Either way, she needs to stay put till the 2nd. Daddy is in Baltimore till then, which is 6 hours away. I’m all alone till then! Grammy & Grampy will be here the 5th.

I can’t believe that in 3ish weeks I’ll get to meet our little girl!

Sorry this has been so rambly! I had a rough day and my brain still doesn’t work right! LoL
