No… not venereal disease… Valentine’s Day!  

Madly in love, and over a thousand miles apart. Such a bad combination on a day like today. Makes for a lonely day. But, we go on! It’ll all be worth it at the end of June.

We’ve decided to go ahead and buy a house. The market is very affordable in VA right now, and not so much here in Orlando. If we lived here, we’d be renting. Forever. There I, by myself, could afford a nice house with a nice yard in a nice area to raise a family. Not here. The only house I could buy here has no windows and is in a war zone… Or a mobile home… which is just a tornado target! So, my lease here is up at the end of June. I’ll visit again in May, and we’ll see the mortgage broker together and really get things going. (He went last week, they pulled a credit report and found a few things that he took care of right away and a few more that will be resolved shortly! I’m so proud of my baby!) And that’s that…

Family. Wow. I’m shocked myself here lately at how much I want a family. Right now! If I were to get pregnant next month, I’d be over the moon! Being with Danny has made something in me click, and it just all seems so right, it would all fit together very well. But that’ll have to wait till the summer! Must buy home first! LoL

Work sucks as much as ever. I was thinking about taking another position, but have decided against it. 1. It won’t really benefit me, I’ll gain no more respect for doing it, and zero advancement will result from it as I’m leaving in a few months! And 2. It would require me to give up my weekends off and I’m really enjoying spending them with my friends before I move. So if it is offered to me I’ll have to decline. It just doesn’t make sense right now, ya know? I just wanna move on…

My cats are driving me nuts! They think they have to eat all the time! I feed them twice a day, and neither of them look like they’re starving! I seriously think that if I died in my sleep, they’d eat me within 3 days! Morbid… sorry!

Alright, I worked all night last night, and it’s now after 11am. I’m gonna go take a nap!
