HA!

Another “blast” of “arctic” air hits Central Florida tonight… the natives brace themselves for below freezing temps. HA! Most of these people don’t know what cold is… and those that do are too old to remember it. Blah! No, really, I’m not even in a bad mood. I just find it all terribly funny!

Not much is going on, really. I’m keeping up with the latest Harry Potter news. The new book comes out June 21st!! Yes, I have pre-ordered it. My mom think’s I’m pathetic. She says I should read books with a higher reaading level than grade 8. She doesn’t understand is all. I’ve told her she’d love them if she read them. They’re much better than the movies are. But she thinks they’re childish. Oh well…

My kitties are getting so big! Garcia especially. They cuddle with me in bed at night and purr in my ear. I love them to pieces. But my Luna is turning into a bully! She chases the other cats around the house alot. I don’t know if she’s just playing or if she really is being mean. No one’s gotten hurt yet, so I’ll take that as a good sign!

Work is good. I’m trainging a new girl on the team. She’s really bright, and wants to do well. I like teaching someone like that. I got my schedule changed. I’m off Wednesday, so I can spend the day with my mom. And I’m off Saturday, so I can spend the day with my dad.

My room is almost finished. I just have to wait till it warms up a little again so I can finish painting. Then I have to buy furniture, and I can move in! Yay!
