Baking!

I am finally able to bake again!!! The oven I had in Pittsburgh never held a steady temperature so anything I made came out either underbaked or burnt. To have a real oven again is bliss! I already made 3 dozen gingerbread cookies. Later I will be making 5 dozen sugar cookies. I forgot how much I like baking!

Last night my family (my whole family!) went to see The Two Towers at the movie theatre. Great flick! The 3 hours flew by! The movie was awesome… but I won’t ruin it for anyone who hasn’t seen it yet… Go see it!!!!

I called off of work yesterday and spent the whole day with my mom. She went to school and sold 3 of her books back and got $125 cash for them. So we finished up our holiday shopping and had lunch. I also bought my baking stuff yesterday. I’m getting excited about Xmas morning. I love watching everyone open their gifts! I hope everyone is surprised by what I got them!
