Just more gibberish.

I’ve been trying to write here for a while. Minus my one liners, I’ve been devoid of any writing inspiration. (I’m still around reading, I’m not a giant noter, but know that I’m reading!)

Since Miami, with the exception of Road trip, I’ve been eating super clean. We have so much fruit in our house even after buying a new bowl, we’re overloaded with the stuff… it’s just all over the counters… but I can’t even stomach the thought of eating junk food or processed foods! Seriously at the hotel, the Fairmont to boot, the room service made me feel so heavy and gross…. I missed my at home healthy foods lol

I’m not a vegan or a vegetarian… but I’m eating only one ingredient foods. I’m struggling with my eczema. It’s awful. I’m constantly drenching it in Vitamin E…  and scratching it is orgasmic (I kid you not!), but makes seconds of relief into hours/days of pain and swelling.

I’m trying to eat Salmon once a day, because the fish oil is supposed to be good for it. Drinking plenty of water as always, and I’m drinking lemon water in the morning. Lots of fatty acid and vitamin C… so here’s hoping. It just kind of spread like crazy over night and now it’s insatiable.

I was keeping it covered with gauze and polysporin (open wounds from scratching) but the tape holding the gauze ripped off my skin.

We’re waiting for a few things, and then we’re going to make a cannabinoid salve. For a time smoking a pipe would soothe my inflamed skin right down. But I guess I over indulged in scratching 🙁

Sleeping is the worst, we even have bamboo sheets, which are supposed to be amazing for eczema ridden skin.

I wore a long sleeved shirt to sleep last night, and I woke up sweating like a mofo around 3am… I wanted to scratch so bad! By the dim light of my ipad I managed to re apply Vitamin E and go back to sleep.

I’m losing this battle though… I hope the cannabinoid salve works!!

Onto the Geek stuff!

If you’re not caught up on Game of Thrones; don’t read this!

The geek/nerd in me is still dying inside after ‘The Red Wedding’, I know… how geeky! But my formula since I dove into GoT was that I watched the first two seasons back-to-back-to-back, then I read the first book in a matter of days. I’m more than past the halfway mark of the second book now. I meant to have book two finished before season three, but that didn’t happen. Now, it’s hard to read because where I am, Robb and the Freys are all in good terms.. heartbreak.

Anyhow I wanted to read the BOOK after the season, because Books are ALWAYS better than movies/shows etc. I’m one of those where I compare and compare. During the premiere, I turned to Sam and i said "I have a bad feeling about Robb, something’s going to happen to him :S" I don’t google ahead, so I was hoping he would still LIVE.

I wish I was wrong…! And the silent credits… kill me now. I was so down after a weekend of Vice and other life changing documentary marathon. I was just like… why?! And Arya, right outside. Heartbroken… and I know I have to read it eventually… and fuck it’s going to be so much worse!! I did google "The Red Wedding" and I just hope, they don;t do the wolf head on his body thing in the finale.

Anyhow, aside from the fact that Richard Madden is so handsome, I looooved Robb Stark! He was by far my favourite male character… and how I put all of my hopes into Daenerys and with Martin’s track record that scares me!

But why Robb Martin?! WHY?!?! Whay always the Starks… all Jamie Lannister lost was his g-damn hand.

Ok, end geeking out….

Sorry to hear about eczema. You want to try Anatabloc, which regulates inflammation, it is supposed to help with eczema as well. You can get it at GNC. Take care.

Are you eating dairy and/or wheat? Try cutting those out for a bit, your skin might clear up!

I have eczema too, but not bad. Miley has it as well. I also have bamboo sheets… I had no idea they were good for that tho!

I can relate to the ezcema, I had it as a kid. Luckily it seems I have mostly grown out of it with the exception of a seasonal outbreak. And holy crap GoT! I was devastated! Robb is so awesome and was totally my favorite. And poor arya broke my heart. I’m dreading the season finale 🙁

Hmmmmm. Well, google might have some suggestions I’ve heard bamboo sheets are nice. Expensive though, I think On a side note, a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of cinammon in hot water is FUCKING DIVINE! I get ya about foods. I went months without eating mcdonald’s cuz I couldn’t stomach the thought of it. When I finally did, it wasn’t so bad, but I hear ya – good food just seems tosing to you
