It gets cold at night.

 
Nothing exciting is going on here. We are however, planning our cross country drive… So I’m excited about that!

The plan is to leave after Sam’s done work on the morning of June 25th, and drive to Saskatoon. My friend John is going to be there for his little sisters wedding, and his trip coincides when we’re passing through, so we are going to try to meet up for coffee or something!

From Saskatoon, we’re planning to drive to Gtand Forks Minnesota, sleep there, and leave early in the morning for my hometown. Lots of driving.  So we’re going to chill in Sudbury for the day, and leave Saturday Morning for Ottawa!!

We booked a place on airbnb, right in our old neighborhood 😀 pretty excited. We bought our bluesfest tickets for Zac Brown and Everlast. 

I miss Ottawa so much. The thing about visiting, is that there so much to do and so many people to see in a weeks time, that it feels like a whirlwind.

I miss just being in Ottawa. I miss our long walks, and chilling in the park with bears. I miss everyday life in Ottawa. 

I begged Sam to move back. I know, I’m a jerk and I promised that I would do my two years quietly, because I don’t want him to feel guilty, but I just miss home so much.

We’re thinking about buying a condo in Ottawa, and transitioning into it. We’ll see what our options are. At least Fort Mac gives more options.
