Reactivated

Re-activated my facebook account today. 15 days without logging in i think is a pretty good effort, although I had no real number on when I’d come back. At least now I can resume seeing amusing links such as the one above 🙂

In other news I’ve just been applying for jobs here and there. At least some of them are kind enough to send me rejection letters lol. But I’m still happy. When I run outta money I’ll just have to don the ugg boots and flannelette shirt and join the aboriginals in the Centrelink queue 🙂

I applied for a job that I’d be really excited to get if I got it. They say they only contact shortlisted candidates and it’d be within three days if I am one of them, so it’s been two days after today, so if I don’t hear from them tomorrow, I’m pretty sure to say I can cross that one off the list also. Just realised I’ve been off work for four months now. Wow.

Wow, the past four months have flown by! How crazy to think about. I hope you find something you enjoy soon 🙂 I’ve been upping the effort put into my job searching lately. It’s so frustrating. I WANT to work, yet I’m having no luck. Whereas so many of my friends are doing nothing but bitching about how much they hate their jobs… It’s like “You hate it? Quit, and let me have it” haha

15 days without facebook would require a painful detox for me lol Good luck with the job hunt 🙂

I deleted my facebook almost a year ago, it’s quite liberating! And that image is hilarious 😛

LOL! I knew you’d go back to fb. Wow. Four months, huh? It did go by fast. Maybe you should take a cue from the picture you just posted and sell shovels. LOL! I mean, dance for money. You’re certainly cute enough. The ladies would love you! Keep the faith about the job hunt. I got laid off in the end of Februrary and only now will be FINALLY starting a permanent job. I was really starting to despair and just getting sick of applying and going to wasted interviews but it finally worked.

Wow, 4 months? Try 3 years!! haha… but I’ve chosen not to work. Facebook is so overrated. It bothers me and I wish I could get off it, but I know there are people I’d lose track of.
