no wonder…

So, I’ve been keeping track of what I’m eating and entering it on http://www.sparkpeople.com The first few days I did pretty well as far as staying in my calorie range, but the last couple of days… ouch.  It’s no wonder that I’m not getting anywhere despite all the kickboxing classes.  It’s really a terrible thing too when you consider that I know how I should be eating, it’s just a matter of making better choices and planning ahead. 

I believe that the spark web site is helping me stay on track better than I’ve been able to before, even if I’m not staying 100% on track.  I’m getting closer, eventually I’m bound to get it right…
