slacking

I turned in half of my homework yesterday.  Was gonna do the other half tonight, but I probably won’t.  I’ve been dealing with a very tired, cranky baby today and I just don’t have enough left in me to spend on stupid word processing crap. 

The weather is unseasonably warm today, and my house has been an oven.  Ben doesn’t like it one bit.  He’s been stripped down to a diaper and onesie all day and it took me almost three hours to get him down for a decent nap.  That’s where he is right now, napping in the playpen, and I just feel deflated.  Of course, he’ll probably wake up in ten minutes to eat, but he should go back down.  Should. 

So now, I think I’m just going to stretch out and watch some TV.  And maybe tomorrow I’ll get started on next week’s homework early.
