I went to bed early last night.  Well, early for me lately.  By eleven I was gone to the world, and managed to get a few really decent hours of sleep before two when Ben woke up.

I’ve got lots of things to do today.  I really should make a list, because I’m so scatter brained lately that I forget all of the important things I need to do and end up concentrating on piddly crap.

Oh! Almost forgot – I went to a Longaberger Branch sales leadership meeting with my cousin yesterday.  She invited me because I’ve been tossing around the idea of selling, since it will be awhile before I’ll be able to go back to work (if that becomes a necessity).  It was a great meeting, and really convinced me that Longaberger is a good company to work for.  And, much to my surprise, the company hasn’t been affected much at all by the recession.  You’d think the opposite would be true.  Apparently, sales in nearly all branches are equal to or greater than what they were last year at this time.

I came home and signed up almost immediately.  Now I’m waiting on my business kit to arrive via FedEx in the next couple of days, because it has all the important paperwork and other goodies I need to get started.  Hah.  I’m just hoping I can actually manage to make some money instead of spending all my profits on product, because there are a gazillion things in the Wishlist I’d love to have.  I’m an organizational freak, and all of those nice, neat, beautiful baskets just call out to me.  lol.

So, if you want some baskets, or some great pottery, I’m your girl.  lol.

On another note, I bought donuts yesterday, and they are calling my name.  Mmmm….breakfast.  🙂
