Aida and Hiatus

My dad had press passes to Aida tonight. It was a good show and the lead characters were excellent. I didn’t know anything about the story going in so it was nice to be pleasantly surprised. Dinner beforehand was an interesting expereince. It’s weird having your dad psychoanalyze you. It ended peacefully though. I don’t feel like getting into it more than that here. Maybe in my paper diary.

So yeah, I’ve been gone here about a week or so. Last weekend was my Aunt Sylvia’s surprise 80th birthday party on saturday and then on sunday I headed down to Baltimroe and DC to catch up with my friends from college. That’s a long adventure which I will try to recap now in several entries. Read on if you wish…
