Pizza, Scooby Doo, Karoke, Battle Royalle & Rain

I’ve put my the story of my maryland vacation on hold since it’s been so damn long sicne I wrote here. Been too busy living life to have a moment ot write it all down. Most of it’s been fun but also really hectic. With the exception of monday I’ve been working every day since friday and the insanity won’t end til sunday night.

Friday began my stint on 100 with the 0’s. The game is a blur right now, I don’t remember anything about it, including who won. But afterwards I went to the weekly pizza at Celebres with Holly, Ellen, Kate, Stephanie and Liz. It was a lot of fun and I’m realizing how much of the social aspect of my job I’ve been missing all these years. I went to a couple things in the past, but because I”m shy a lot of the stuff I didn’t even know about. I’m glad Holly’s finding out about it and keeps inviting me along 🙂 The group now is really cool. I’m oldest out of them. It was really funny too cause I thought the other Steph was about 21 and she’s 17 and she thought I was 18 and couldn’t believe I’m almost 23!

On saturday Brian and i went to the movies iwth Eddie from work to see Scooby Doo. It was cute but Freddie Prince Jr. as Fred and Sarah Michelle Gellar as Daphne was really weird. The game is again a blur. Sunday’s game was packed and I was exhausted. I went straight through the whole game form the 2nd innning to the 8th innign serving boxes without a break. I bearly even got to myboxes in 117 because 118 kept hounding me with more orders. The stupidest thing I ever did was get Ritas water ice. As soon as i got it for one box the other boxes wanted it. As soon as the game was over we went out for fathers day dinner at Popi’s. It was nice to just sit and talk and relax with my family. Got home around 7 and wanted to just collapse but I needed to do a test run with Vash and Holly to see if they could get into the bar so I could have my karoke party on thursday night. It just wouldn’t be the same without my tow Alley Cats! Cholly Bears is an awsome bar! It’s got a pool table, video games and a little dance floor where hte karoke machine is. I like bars where there’s other stuff to do besides just sit and drink. The place was pretty empty and me and Vash and Holly just walked right in. Vash and I wanted to sing but Holly was really embarassed but we dragged her up anyway but let her say her name was Ann instead of Holly (technically it’s true since her full name is HOllyann) We sung our signature song, “Stop in the Name of Love.” I had such a ball. I really love singing and it made it even mroe fun to have my really good friends singing along with me. Vash and i were pumped after the first song so we went up again and did “Build Me Up Buttercup.” She can really work the crowd. It was great 🙂 By then Holly ws really ready to leave so we headed over to Roberts for a bit and then I dropped her off at Seans and took Vash home. Just as quickly as my energy boost came it left.
