A Quiet Night In

But this time it’s my choice. I was gonna go out with Donna and Erika to hear Donna’s friend of a firend’s band at 10 but then Donna decided to stay home and try and get some reading done. Then Claire called around 8:30 and asked if I wanted to hnag out in Williamsburg. I said yest at first, excited to be going out after the first night’s plans fell through. But then I realized I actually didn’t want to go out. I need a quiet night in. So i called Claire and cancelled. She siad it was ok and hopefully we’ll meet up sometime this before i leave for SF.

Just got off the phone with Ben. It was one of those nice long rambling convos, very relaxing. He may come up monday night cause i don’t have class on tuesday. He wanted to come next weekend but I’ll be away. I was like “just come a couple weekends later then” at first but then he reminded me that school starts fro him on sept 24. I completley forgot. I’ve just bene so used to him working rather than being in school. He’s gonna be insanely busy once school starts 🙁 So I really hope he can come up on monday night to hang out.

Donna and Erika decided to go out afterall. They’re still trying to figure out where to go. I’m pretty sure I coudl have come along with them but I’m really happy staying in. And now it looks like I’ll have the place to myself. Sweet!

Things are defintley going better now and I’m feelign much more settled in. Last night i hung out with Donna and Erika and I’m meeting lot’s of cool people in the psych program. John never emailed me back but whatever. If he writes back and we hang out it’ll be cool but if not it’s not the end of the world.

Anyhoo, I’m gonna go read some more of Flowers in the Attic now. It’s such a great book! (Holly, you ahve to give me the three sequels back the next time I”m home hehehe)
