Christmas Rundown

Hello kids, what’s everyone up to these days?  Well not a lot going on here, just watching/listening to Arizona beat the ever living shit out of Boston College in the AdvoCare Bowl.  YEAH!  They are doing awesome.  Way to go Arizona.  They’re still #1 in Basketball too.  WOOT!

Anywho, so we’re just chillen here, planning on going out this evening with my Brother.  we’re either going to go downtown or down 4th.  should be awesome. 

Hmmm.  So yeah here we go, lets see so Christmas eve we took off out to Vail around 6 or so, got there and then they were trying to figure out what to eat.  I kinda felt bad because Randy had said that maybe we should get something to eat before we head out there and I was like yeah lets do that.  But we didn’t.  So we get there and Connie calls and is like what’s for dinner what should I get?  And Dale is saying that they have like $60 left.  I felt really bad because here they have no money yet they have to feed us.  Blah…

but Connie got home with the food and stuff.  we waited forever to actually make it and get stuff going.  but we had hot dogs and hamburgers and fries.  watched some TV and whatnot.  Just sat around talking and laughing and all that good stuff until about 12:30 when we went to bed.  We slept out in their RV which was pretty nice. 

Wednesday morning I woke up at 5 with a massive migraine.  I was like you have got to be fucking kidding me.  UGH.  So I went back to bed and woke up when my alarm went off and took my pills, went back to sleep and then Randy got up around 12:30 and I asked him to bring me an ice pack if he could.  so he did and I slept for like another hour or so. 

Finally got up and we had some snacks and stuff.  Everyone got there and then it was like 5 when we opened presents.  I got a pack of socks, a pajama set from Dale and Connie.  I got some beer from Adam and a lock box from Randy.  The lock box didn’t have any keys so I was like WTF.  And it was locked.  I asked Randy and he was like I dunno.  So whatever we did that.  Then got dressed (we were in Pajamas) and then dinner was taking a really long time to get made.

I text my mom to see what they were doing and she said they were going out to my Brother’s and that Sharla had gotten a roast and stuff.  My brother was working, but I text him to see what was on the menu.  Now, my brother and Sharla rarely cook at home, so I wasn’t sure how much stuff was actually being made.  So when he said that there was going to be roast and potatoes and asparagus, I was like well i think we’re going to eat here and then head to your place.

Well my brother doesn’t know how to do anything without being rude about it sometimes.  He was like "well if you don’t want any then we’ll just have extra food".  I was like WTF ok…then he called me and we had the same conversation, and said the same thing, but after he said it, the phone cut out, so I thought he had hung up on me.  I was like UGH Seriously, so I had Randy bring me some tissue and I told him what happened.  I didn’t want to go back to the dinner table with tears in my eyes.  But I calmed myself down enough and went back and finished eating.

We left shortly after that and the Truck felt super weird.  It was all bumpy and stuff, so we stopped at a gas station and tried to figure out wtf was going on but he didn’t see anything wrong with the tire.  We pulled back onto the road and it was the same so we decided to take a back way home.  Well we get on the Benson Highway and the front driver’s side tire blows out.  Awesome.  So I had already text my mom that if she could come to the house to pick us up so we could go over to my brother’s.  Well I called her back and said we just needed them to come get us because we had blown a tire.  So they came out and we jacked the truck up and changed the tire and then put air in it (luckily there was a Quick Mart) on the other side of the road.

We didn’t make it over to my brother’s and just went home.  blah.  So whatever that worked out and he just has to buy a new tire.  so that sucked a little bit.  but we got home and everything was good.  we opened the gifts that his mom bought us, which I got a set of candles and an air freshener that’s shaped like a flower.  he got an LCD Cleaning kit and a set of knives lol.  oook then.

Anyway so then he gives me another box, which is tiny and he goes, you can open this but I get to open the box.  So I knew right away what it was.  He had gotten a ring box and put the keys to the lock box in there.  So i opened it and opened the lock box and was like hmmm ok?  There was like a money tray in there, then I took the money tray out and underneath it were some tickets, but they were upside down.  So I was like uhmmm Tickets?  And I flipped them over and they’re tickets to AFI on January 10th here in Tucson!!!!  OMFG.  I flipped i was like OMG ARE YOU SERIOUS?!  Hahahaha it was amazing.  He got the reaction that he wanted out of me lol.

He had bought me some AFI shirts for my Birthday but I didn’t think anything of it.  So now I have a shirt to wear when I go to the Concert.  OMFG I am so freakin excited.  When I heard they were gonna be in Tucson, i was like FUCK that sucks!!  So then he schemed around Thanksgiving and told my parents what he was doing and so he bought them and they knew about it.  ARGHH  haha.  i was so surprised and happy at the same time.  I love my man i swear.  🙂
