JuPhoMo Day 15, Changed
What’s up my friends? So I had my Dr. appointment today, went in at 1:45. actually got in there fairly quickly. Alice came out and got me and this other person at the same time. So we weren’t really sitting there for very long. So yeah. I don’t remember when it was that I had my last Dr. appointment, I think it was in May. but yeah i can’t exactly remember. bluh, stupid brain.
Anyway so I told him that the headaches are still the same, nothing has changed. And that I want to come off the Topamax because of that. So we’re doing that…i’m gonna start tapering off that. He said to do 100 mg every third day but that’s a lot…so I’m gonna try 50 mg and see how that works and if that’s too much i’ll do 25 mg. but then also, next monday I have to start INCREASING my gabapentin even more. I’m already taking 1800 mg. so I’m gonna be adding another 300 mg.
so coming down off the Topamax and increasing the Gabapentin, maybe that will do the trick for me? i don’t know. but we’ll see. I also need to contact my insurance company and see how much they will cover in regards to the Occipital Nerve Blocks to see if I can possibly afford to get a few more of those because those definitely worked, but I just can’t afford them. So if my insurance will cover a substantial amount of the cost and I can pay the rest, then I will be getting those as well.
Then they got 23 pages of paperwork for me and I need to get all that sorted out so I don’t have to A.) go out and look for a job and possibly lose my foodstamps and B.) Get the stuff for Prescriptions sent in. YAY! lol. So that was that.
After the Appointment we went to Culvers and got a Concrete Mixer because they were Buy One Get One Half off. yum. Then we did a little Macklemore style Thrift Shopping. We’re looking for a Dresser. because we have no place to put our clothes really. We went to a couple different Goodwills and several different Thrift Shops. it was kind of redonk but ended up not finding anything. le sigh. I just need to get this stupid thing done with and settled that way we have some money. I’m gonna start the Process online tomorrow.

I have so many bills piling up it’s ridiculous. My electricity bill that is due at the end of this month is close to $200 thanks to the Arizona heat…but I just can’t be without my AC because of my stupid migraines. it’s really annoying. I can’t wait for the temps to go down, which they are starting to, thanks to the rain. it’s very frustrating.
I need to update my story, i’ll do it tomorrow. But yeah it is what it is for now…but anyway…I’m super tired. we did a lot of walking around today, but at least we didn’t come home and I didn’t just crash. so yup. alrighty then. I’m like blah. i have a lot to do tomorrow so i’m gonna go get some sleep. I also gotta clean out our "pantry" because our bag of flour was full of little worms. ugh. yeah. so mad. it’s been a very trying few days. and i have this really….strange feeling about me that I can’t get rid of for some reason. i can’t explain it. anyway i’m gonna go to bed. have a good one
