Chris Cornell
Chris Cornell is playing here in October. He’s doing an acoustic show. I didn’t have a crush on him when he was in Soundgarden, but after that yum! Yesterday I was perusing the random ads on Kijiji.
I found one for Chris Cornell tickets that were less than the selling price. Most people will try to scalp tickets if they are reselling them, so that was odd.
I messaged the seller and indicated that I was interested in purchasing them. And she even agreed to deliver them for me. So I now have three Chris Cornell tickets. I haven’t decided who I want to go with yet. It was a splurge but it seemed like a good opportunity.
Then I was paranoid because the seller had put "hard copy" instead of "actual concert tickets." So I thought maybe she was going to bring a computer printout. She brought the tickets even earlier than she said she was. And it was a really easy exchange. She seemed easygoing and was nice. I noticed on the tickets that they are pre-sale fan club tickets. So I’m not sure why she decided to get rid of them, I didn’t ask.
On Sunday my Dad and I went to "The Word on the Street" festival. It was a literary festival where books were sold and authors discussed their literature. I went to see the guy who wrote the book that "Life of Pi" is based on. We also went to a workshop/lecture about Science fiction writing and an architect who discussed the works of other architects and showed slides of buildings. It was a free event so that was pretty cool.
The day before that my friend and I went for coffee. I had a mocha espresso that tasted like banana creme for some reason. Then after I had some california rolls. After that went for a long walk by the river. We saw a little chipmunk up close. Then a man who seemed to be everywhere that we went, scared it away by getting too close.
On Friday I’m going to this event bodysoulspiritexpo.com/expo/ I have a 2 for 1 coupon so that’s a pretty good deal.
Oh I almost forgot to write about something that happened yesterday. I was going to the atm to get out $$$ for the tickets. I just put on bit of makeup but was looking none too spectacular. I was about to cross the street and waiting for the lunch to change. Then I see this really cute guy in a red car who looks as though he was waving at me. I was the only one standing there.
So I start to wonder is he flirting or was he stretching?, what’s going on? And instead of waving back I just stand there, and try not to stare at him. I start to cross the street and wonder if he’s looking but keep my eyes averted. After I had crossed the street, I took a brief glance back but he seems to be looking straight ahead. Then I headed home and forgot about it. I was excited about getting those tickets.
This morning I was on Facebook and I see this message. "So who was that hot guy who said hi to you on preston ave?" It was one of my Facebook friends that I have known for a while but never met in person. And yeah in the message he was referring to himself. So I agreed that he is hot, ha.
Chris Cornell is a pretty talented guy – I mostly know about him from his collaborations with Pearl Jam (my fave band of course). Well, I do have Soundgarden’s “Superunknown”, which I think is a darn good disc.

Yes it was true. This was back in 2002 when I was on the opendiary then. Um, it is still true today, I just don’t post that many pics ;).

Book has not been fully written but the idea is fully mastered. I keep my secrets in my mind, and my mind keeps secrets from me. I will post the pictures and new ones but just not yet because they go along with my story so after I get done with certain parts I will give the images a story.

Oh I didn’t mind the notes that said I was hot or anything like that. I don’t mind being a sex symbol, lol. I just didn’t think women thought that way at the time.

About weeding out the assholes: yes you do have to learn that but not all assholes are bad, just the lying deceiving ones. Conformity does suck but most people do it. So I just stick to one friend and many acquaintances. I guess my problem is that I have always preached individuality instead of conformity.

The book is about the true history of the human race, at least the way I have seen it. It will be labeled as fiction but the belief I have is still there. I have made a powerful connection to unconscious and which to contribute to it. The best thing about the book is that one of the side stories will be the best love story ever told.

I know that is a bold statement, but it is true.

Ha! That’s pretty funny about the facebook friend waving at you. Maybe you should meet in person! 🙂 RYN: Yeah, definitely true. I try not to judge people by appearance, but sometimes it’s hard not too. I mean, I definitely found his rugged, tough-guy look to be pretty hot, but I never imagined myself dating someone like him. I’m glad I gave it a shot though 🙂
