More cupcakes and Avon!

Oh Joy lol.

This morning I was rudely awoken by my daughter calling out for me. I say rudely because I hadn’t slept much and I was sooooo tired…

Of course she wouldn’t go back to sleep, so up we went, Monsters Inc on (her latest obsession) and dressed for the day.

It was just as well we got up early though, because 2 of my best Avon customers wanted to pick up their orders this morning, so I was able to sort out some issues (avon not sending me product, but charging for it!) with their orders before they came.

Then before I knew it, Ali home for lunch. Leftover venison burgers, mmmmm. I made them last night using my tupperware burger press for the first time. I will never go back to burgers the old way again! I loved it!

Ali put Ella to sleep for me since she was soooo tired, and after he left, I got Anna to sleep too! Blissful silence….a rarity in this house.

So into the kitchen and I’ve got the lemon cupcakes for Jason in the oven, and the other half of the batter I’m making into a bundt cake, with the scraps into mini cupcakes for Ella 🙂 I’m actually on the computer to find a recipe for a slow cooked corned beef and cabbage but I got distracted *oops!

Oh and I called my mom. Apparently they’re keeping grandma doped up to recover, so it’s actually hard to tell how she’s doing. It’s scary. My poor mom has been spending nights at the hospital since my gma doesn’t want to be left alone, so she’s sooooo worn out.

Anyway, better run, timer going off and I need to get that recipe!!
