Other parents annoy me -rant

I swear, other parents make me so angry.  If your child is sick, KEEP THEM HOME.  Don’t be the irresponsible jerk who sends your kid to the babysitters/childcare/school.  Stop the cycle of illness!  It’s not fair to have your little snowflake infecting all of the other kids.  This in turn makes other parents have to miss work, and other little ones be ill needlessly.  Why am I ranting?  The little boy I babysit is here today.  His dad doesnt tell me that he has been throwing up UNTIL after he is already here.  Seriously dude?  WTF. Now I have to worry about my 2 kids and Izzy catching whatever he has.  Little kids are great a sharing their germs.  I know it sucks having to miss work, but don’t be an irresponsible jerk!  I’m sure Jamie and I will catch it right as we are supposed to leave for vacation.

Okay, enough ranting.

I’m not sure how well my yardsale is going to do tomorrow.  The weather is calling for a high of 64, so it will definitely be chilly in the morning.  Eh whatever.  Whatever we make is going toward beach spending money.  I’ve still got to drag stuff out of the building and price it all.  Fun stuff I tell ya.  The kids are being a pain in the butt today, so I’m not in the best of moods.

I’m excited for the long weekend!  Jamie has today through tuesday off, and I have tomorrow until Wednesday off (tuesday is my dr appt).  I’m so over this babysitting.  I’m ready to be done with it, and have more time to have fun with my own kids.
