I can do this!!!
No weightloss last week an i worked so hard which is depressing. I give up to easily,i am not going to give up i have to have will power. I need to do this. I think it would be so much easier if i had a partner or something, then i guess it wouldnt be so easy to give up. My plan is to lose at least 20kilos by september, am hoping for at least 30 tho. But i would be happy with 20. I have lost 4.5 kilos soo far an its been 3 weeks so i guess i cant complain to much. Just a lil depressing lookin at the scales an seeing nothing.
Anyway just had to get that off my chest. That is all ….
I didn’t lose weight the week before last… and put on 1kg this week (so bloated and in pain though)… but don’t fall into the trap of being ‘all or nothing’ with weight loss. Keep at it (I will too) and allow your body to let the weight go when its ready. Its what you do consistently that matters and there’s lots of reasons why our bodies hold onto extra water etc from time to time. *hugs*
