Transgender Wins Discrimination Suit!

I wrote awhile back about Diane Schroer, who had to sue the Library of Congress when they offered her a job as an intelligence analyst, then rescinded the offer when they found out she was trans.

The judge has ruled in her favor, mucho dinero.

The Library of Congress lady to made the decision is an absolute idiot.  Still living in the 70s….

Sorry I haven’t been around much — way too much stuff happening.  Mostly good.  Not to worry, we are well and whole, and life proceeds in always new directions.

hugs to all

I adore that wonderful energy that comes from someone who isn’t afraid to take a stand for people just being people. How far has your journey come? Just wondering. 🙂 Stay cool. *

YAY! It’s a shame she even had to take them to court, but I’m glad to see that common sense prevailed in the end!

Good to see your name in bold. Take care.

This IS good news! Also today I’m thrilled about the House voting to accept the Matthew Shepard Act and New Hampshire’s Senate voting to allow gay marriage. What a day for equality! 🙂

That is awesome. Glad to see an update from you & to hear that things are mostly good. Update when you can. We’re not going anywhere. Well at least I’m not.
