My Photos are Back!

They arrived back as soon as I created a Photobucket account! I will use Snapfish for now, unless I continue to have problems. Those red squares were really unnerving. Speaking of unnerving, Linda found a snake wrapped in a tarp. She thought it was a copperhead (poisonous) and after calling our local Fish and Wildlife folks, taking and emailing photos, they identified it as a rat snake (not venomous). Whew!

This is not too clear, but you get the general idea.

A bird (maybe that one) has built a nest on the gazebo rafter. I don’t know if there are eggs or babies, but every so often I see a bird up there.

More birds.

And fish.

There seems to be something very interesting in that part of the pond. The plant is new, so maybe they are eating the roots. Oh Goody!

And then there is the one about the cat in the birdbath ….

Have a great weekend.

Yikes – that snake LOOKS scary, poisonous or not. Glad your photos have returned – another of my favorites had those weird red squares too. Although I think she’s on….Snapfish!! Not Photobucket at least – I thought that was the problem.

Oh that first pic made me squirm. I hate any kind of snakes. Funny how your using Snapfish because of the red blocks, and now I’m using Photobucket and York because Snapfish was giving me the red blocks. Hmmmm. Wonder what’s going on?

I took most of my images down just in time for there to be an apology on my other blog. I’ve a test photo up right now, and with it the apology from Snapfish/HP.

The cat in the bird bath is so cute.

EEEEK! Poisonous or not I would have not wanted to run across that. I saw a mouse inside the tropical garden at the conservatory today and I reacted like a fraidy cat…lol.

Am glad the snake is not poisonous and is outside, not in your house. Great pictures!

RYN: no, didn’t catch Thomas Beattie on Oprah. Usually at work during the day, and I don’t watch daytime tv as a rule anyway. Sometimes watching folks learn about gender issues exceeds my pain thresholds, especially when they’re in large groups (like live audiences) we used to go fishing in the swamp, and one time, going under a branch, we came this close to having a cottonmouth drop into our little boat with us. yow! ;0
