zoë’s partay (unfinished)
Man. I have a bitch of a hangover. Seriously, if I thought it would ever be even remotely true, I would say that I’m never drinking again. I have quite a few things to update on but I can’t really be bothered so how about I just talk about last night? It was my best mate Zoë’s 18th birthday party. I knew it would be a good night. Her family are party people. I went to hers at about midday. We went up town with Fanny to go and do a bit of shopping for the evening. We all got new jewellery and fairy wings. Roxy got her new shoes in Faith (where she works). Then Fanny had to go back to Debs to get her makeup done so me and Zoë got some chippies on the way back to hers. Roxy was meant to be coming to Zoë’s so she could get her hair straightened at about 5.30. But she got locked out, had to go to her nans for a shower and she ended up at Zoë’s at like 6. Now that doesn’t seem that late but we were meant to be at the hall at 6.30 to set up. Gemma got there at about 5.45 but she had just finished work so she had a real excuse. Fanny is just always late lol.
Anyway we got the hall (all dressed up in fairy wings coz we were the party crew) and it was our job to blow up the helium balloons with the pump. how funny was that. Straight away we lost one to the ceiling (which is like…barn height so thats where it was staying) and then the next one, Gemma had a blonde moment…she let the ribbon to go to right height and didn’t quite think that if she cut the ribbon the balloon would go up to the ceiling. hmm…lol. after that it was my job to do the ribbon tying lol. We did have a good night.
The place got packed. There were so so many people there it was brilliant. I think everyone had a good time. Or maybe it was just me being in my drunken state thinking that everyone was happy when actually it was just me. either way, I had a good night! lol
My parents saw me smoking for the first time. I had a fag in my mouth looking for my lighter when they arrived lol. My mum was like "put i t away" and I was like "no" *continues to look for lighter* lol, get me and my rebelliousness. Smoking does make me cool. lol. yeah…
My mum and dad met Phil. He might be sharing my party but he’s gonna let me know his final decision tomorrow. The first thing my mum said was "omg he looks like ross from friends" hehe I wa slike "I toldyou he was adorable!" Phil got all embarrassed. He was worried about meeting my parents in case they didn’t like him. There i sno way that anyone could not like Phil though. I hope he does share my party. That would be so cool. hehe. I really gotta get invites out. It’s less than a month away. I mean, I’ve told people about it but I haven’t formally invited anyone. (because i’ve been waiting to see if it’s Lauren’s party or Lauren and Phil’s party.) oooh fun
Anyway back to last night. When the party had finished (people had been saying to me "when does this finish?" "midnight" "well it’s 20 past" "oh") lol we went to stay at Kernsey’s. This is a boy that we know, well I don’t know him that well but Zoë and Fanny do. His family are on holiday…
I dont have time to finish this, I gotta get my work done for 6th form but ill get back to it when i return home tonight.
