Week 2
Well i was surprized to step on the scale and see i actually went up in weight 2lbs. Was pretty surprized indeed, then i did the fat tester afraid i might have gone back up to 14% body fat instead of 13%, well happy to say that i am still at 13% and i am 1mm (because of the way the tester works, there is a 4 mm deficit between %) anyways 1 mm away from being at 12% so that is solid, and also mean that the 2lbs i gained was LEAN MUSCLE! Well most likely most of it was muscle i am sure some was abit of water weight since i did end up drinking alot of water last ngiht since i was dying of thrist in the middle of the night. Anywho yes i did want to drop another % but next week i most likely will! So i am pumped it is working, 2200 calories a day (roughtly) 50% of that protien 30% carbs and 20% fats. Next week i will post a pic to show you the results so far, i am pretty impressed.
Book stuff is going good, i am passed the half way mark now!
