So life is going decent, work is work, but going normal i guess, so nothing to report there of intrest.

Writing is going good still-ish… well was a week there where i didnt get much writing done, but i am hitting it up again and its going well. Also the first page to my comic series is drawn and colored! Just need the to add the wording to finish it. Also page 2 is half done now aswell and hopefully will be done sometime today or tomorrow (as long as my artist keeps up the pace she is going at) Then she is gonna do up the cover page and a few other pages and i will start making the web comic web page (with great help from the wife on that one) So stay tuned, still a few weeks out on that one, but still something to look forward too. I wanna make sure i got 4 or 5 pages done and ready before starting up the web page ya know? That way when ppl start going there to check it out they have a few pages to look/read to begin with to get themself into it. Trust me ppl, its gonna be epic, your gonna love this!

I am also gonna feature the wifes web comic on it (sinc ei will most likely have to buy a .com i will use it fully for my web comic and featuring other artists i know on there, be it writers, painters, drawers, musical, etc (so if your in there and want to be featured on it or have a link to your site linked up with mine, let me know)

One of these days i really really want to start up a project with the wife like this, a web comic of sorts, be it a funny series, or serious, or dark, or whatever, i think we could do it up good and could keep it going and update it often (since we could work on it together whenever we wanted to) Alwell, hopefully one day we will come up with something, think it would be some good togetherness creativity time too.

Workout news, i have started adding weights in a back pack 20lbs so far when doing push ups in my P90X workouts (you do alot of push ups too) I was being able to do 30 to 40 poush ups at a time for half the workout which is fine but i wasnt feeling the burn as good as i figure i should be. So my new beachbody coach told me he had the same problem and added weights so i have decided to do the same thing. But i think 20lbs wasnt enough so i will up it to 30lbs. Also my pull ups i added 10lbs to… which worked well for the first few sets, but gassed me pretty fast, so i think i might opt out of adding weights on the pull ups for now and just do it on the push ups and then in another month or so then add some weight to the pull ups. Or pick up some of those ankle weights that are like 2lbs each and just add 4lbs to start (not alot of weight, but enough to add a tiny bit more resistance. Also i would mind using ankle and wrist weights for my insanity workouts to add some more hardest to them..lol

Anyways my workouts are doing great, shakeology is amazing stuff i love it and glad i got to try it, it might be something i start ordering from time to time. I have noticed some solid changes already after a week of using it, more energy, my body feels better, i feel more alert, more active, been able to push abit harder in ym workouts etc, also i have noticed its shreading the last few lbs of fat off my abs, hopefully by the end of this last 30 days of P90X my 6 pack will be bad ass.

I love that you and wifey do comics together, that’s so cool. I wish I was artistically inclined 😛 And OMG WEIGHTED PUSH-UPS?! = Beast mode! I would feel like such a badass but push-ups really aren’t my forte haha, one day! ONE DAY.
