Week 1 DONE!
So me and the wife just rocked the last workout of week one in Insanity, god i love this workout program! I felt like i did alot better then on day 1 when we did the plyo workout. I took way less breaks and alot shorter breaks too, but saddly my heart rate numbers and calorie burn seems to say differently… mind you as the body gets stronger and faster and more use to it, it becomes easier for your body to do and so your body burns less i know.. but still abit annonying to not see higher number… alwell
Average heart rate, 1)166 2)161 (over the span of the 44 min workout)
Maxium heart rate, 1)191 2)189
Calories burned, 1)737 2) 701
So not a HUGE difference, i mean the workout was there, but i was hoping to at least beat the calories and average by abit… alwell.
Plus when i weighed myself this morning i was 187lbs now! WHOOP beat the half way mark, 13lbs gone 12 more to go! not to shabby for a months work.. well a month fo dieting, 1 week of workout so far..lol
No i am not gonna post pics every week this time, i will do it every 2 weeks, for better details.
I kept looking for P90X….couldn’t find it anywhere in the mall : …must be something sold directly from the company? and congrats! 🙂

ryn: do you think I should even bother with the fat-burning pills? or no? I mean, I know I’m not morbidly obese or anything, but a lot of fast food and not a lot of exercise has left its mark….. and, since I am particularly sensitive to dairy, I think I might stick more to bananas, almonds, etc. Although…would soy milk or Lactaid milk have the same health effects as regular milk?

ryn: the pills have caffiene in them duuuh if I have anything with caffiene in it I will get SO sick… I’ll try and return it tomorrow, explain my little dilemma. The worst they can do is say “no,” and then life goes on…. thanks for all the advice 🙂
