So i am sadden that Andy Whitefield is not able to play the main role in Spartacus anymore due to his cancer comign back…. alwell i shall still watch the new prequil and then season 2, hopefully the new guy does a decent job. Speak of which i found the new first episode online already and watched the first few minute… it looks awesome as i had expected. But i had to stop, since i know the wife wants to watch it too.

Diet is going awesome 21 days and 11 lbs gone, almost at the half way mark already and i havent even started Insanity yet…lol Alwell just means less weight to have to throw around well i do my workouts, which hopefully will result is better workouts. But of course now that the water weight is gone and the first few easy lbs are gone, i noticed the weight loss slowing down, which is expected since i havent started the actual workouts yet. 11pounds in 3 weeks from diet alone is nothing to fret about, not in the least. I have been using my new heart rate, calorie counting watch the last 2 days on just a few random quick 20 min warm up workouts, and i love it, its cool to see where my heart rate gets too and where i need to get it to burn the most calories, and then to find out how many calories i actually burn off, 17min power workout and i burned 267 calories… damn fine, damn fine.

Wifey went out tonight with her friend for appys and drinks, so me and baby bear just chilled all night, he tried to crawl some more, i had him standing and trying to get him to balance on his own, no such luck. Alwell a good start. Gave him a bath and then we watched some tv and he decided he was tired and wanted to go to bed early, i tried to keep him up, but no such luck, he just wanted to sleep, so i put him to bed 45 mins early, alwell he’s been have a hard few days with him teeth hurting. Porr little guy.
