Hundred-Fifty-Four: Relaxing

Looking back at my grandmother’s house one more time, I said goodbye to France and got ready to board the train back to Hogwarts.

“I’ll come visit soon sis, I promise. I hate that you have to be alone.” I said wiping tears away.

“It’s okay. We have a better relationship with mom now. She saved us.” Alana observed.

“You’re right. I guess you won’t be alone. If you need anything, just send your owl or veela me in your mind.” I gave Alana one last hug and headed out the door.

““With the winter season approaching us, I would like to announce the Yule Ball!” Dumbeldore said as everyone cheered. Everyone was always looked forward to the Yule Ball. It was the most beautiful dance and single people had the chance to kiss under the mistletoe.

“This year, it’s girl’s choice! You can either go stag or drag.” Flitwick added as the girls glowed with excitement. It appeared that they were already on the hunt, looking who to ask.

“And entertainment will be provided by various people. The Delacour family and special guest!” Mrs. McGonagall put her hands together in utter excitement. She motioned me to the stage and I happily went. Today was my first day back, and it felt good to just relax.
