Birthday!

My 21st birthday was Wednesday and it was the BEST birthday that I’ve ever had. This entire week has been awesome, and tomorrow is my big party. I’m so excited!

Tuesday night at midnight, I went to the bar with friends. The bouncer stamped my forehead, I got a lemon drop, and then I got my birthday shot which was something fruity. I shared Jonathan’s long island iced tea, and then my friend Lydia had me finish her fuzzy navel, so by the time we headed to the next bar I was already feeling it. 

We walked to a thai restaurant that turns into a bar later in the night. They had me spin a birthday wheel, I got another birthday shot (a blowjob, which was really tasty, haha), then a coconut rum and coke. It was last call then, so we headed home, but I stopped by a convenience store on the way home so that I could buy myself a drink, just because I’ve never been able to before. 

I had to work Wednesday, but my coworkers got my balloons and a cake which had CANDLES (I was raised not celebrating birthdays, so I’ve never had candles on a cake. This was a big deal for me).  After work I went to meet my sister and niece for dinner and my brother, his girlfriend, and baby Phoenix were there! I wasn’t expecting it at all and I was thrilled. I’ve never had a birthday dinner surrounded by that much family before.

Jonathan couldn’t make it to that dinner because he had to work late, so once he got home, we headed out for another dinner. I love food, so having two dinners in one night, both at awesome restaurants? Yeah, that makes for a good birthday. I stuffed myself full of fish and chips and clam chowder, and then we walked down to get frozen yogurt, which we brought back to the house and played video games while we ate.

Then today, I bought myself a Zipcar membership for my birthday, which I am SO FREAKING EXCITED about. 

Tomorrow- barhopping with friends! I can’t wait!
