Day 4 and Noah :)
First here are a few pictures of my 8 month old (for those of you not on my Facebook)
Noah Loves to eat his socks!
I bought Noah a sponge bob play mat over the weekend instead of using blankets all the time…as of last night he as figured out how to take the bugger apart!
It is very hard to get a picture of Noah nowadays…he moves too much.
Ive been cutting some peel off an apple and letting him suck on it. Hes learning to dig his two bottom teeth into it 🙂 Forgive the red eye this was taking from my phone last night.
You know in Noah’s 8 months of life he has NEVER EVER fussed in public!! We can take him out for hours. We can take him out to dinner with us. He is so entertained by looking at everyone and everything around him. I have such a good little boy. I have been truly blessed!
So I made it all weekend without binging and eating crap that I shouldn’t! I also started The Biggest Loser Workout on my XBox Kinect. I am sooooooooooooooooooooooore. It kicks your ass! But I’m doing it. Slowly. Note to my self: I need to watch my sodium intake. I have to continue this. I need to reach my goals, again. I need to do this for myself. It’s the only way I’m going to be happy. I am honestly miserable inside. Every time I look in the mirror I cringe. I hate what stares back at me. I could have been half way to my goal If I just stuck with it those few months back when I first started. But I didn’t. Ugh. I need to stop beating my self up. I gained weight from having a baby, not by sitting around eating everything in sight. I will get there. I just have to keep pushing myself. Keep reminding myself that I CAN do this. That before I know it, I will be wearing my old clothes again.
I put Noah on the floor when I am exercising. He thinks I’m funny. When I was doing "push-ups" yesterday I was playing peek-a-boo with him and he was laughing. My big boy. 🙂
Well I should get back to work before someone catches me on here 😉
