A Bust

Weigh in last week: 135.8
Weigh in Saturday: 133.6
Loss: 2.2 lbs
Total so far this session: 11.4

Well I did great Saturday point wise. Sunday. Not so much. Dave and I had a lot of candy Sunday night and we were extra "snacky." I haven’t been like that since I started this whole thing. I did write it all down and deducted from the flex points I said Id never use. So at least I was accountable. I got it out of my system now and I felt horrible after what we ate. I don’t wanna feel like that again, although I feel like it set me back some. I’m going to workout extra hard tonight at the gym, same goes for Dave. It was only one night so I cant beat myself up over it.

Dave changed the oil in both of our cars this weekend. They needed it desperately.

We had the girls this weekend. That’s an entry in its self. We rented Old Dogs with Robin Williams and Job Travolta. I highly recommend everyone to rent it. It was great!

I made a crock pot sweet and sour chicken Saturday. It was sooooo good and easy. Sunday I made these Herb Roasted Red Potatoes. Yummo! I am becoming quite the cook these days. This whole lifestyle change with Dave and I has got me experimenting. Im trying not to be afraid to try new things. But at the same time Im finding healthy, quick and easy receips.

Food for the day:
B: Thin bagel – 2
S: Apple – 1
L: PBJ on light bread; 100 cal pack – 5
S: banana- 2
D: Tomatoe soup (3); salad w/crutons and light dressing (2)= 5
S: Skinny Cow icecream sandwich = 2

Off of WL subjet:

Dave and I were outside Sunday (the girls were inside with gram and marissa painting) and I dont know what we got talking about, or how we even got on the subject of babies. Dave said within the next year or so we can try for one. At first I was like huh? He said its not fair to me that I dont have my own. He said it would be nice if we could have a boy. I want a boy. I pray that I can give him a son. I always wanted girls until Dave came along. I cant fathom what it would be like to be pregnant. I just cant picture myself pregnant. lol Everytime I think about it my heart races. I get exicted. Everytime I pray, I pray that when the time is right and we do get pregnant that we can be blessed with a little boy. Dave is the last boy to carry on his name. We already discussed names a while back. We both quickly agreed on the first name and I choose the middle name based on my grandfathers. I have baby fever. And Im excited just knowing that soon enough Ill be trying to have a child of my own with my husband, the love of my life, my best friend.

Im happy and I love my life. Stresses and all <3
