The One Person In History I would Talk To…

Everyone with Christian beliefs is going to be saying Jesus is who I would talk too. And Lord knows I would but I can’t decide. I would have to have lunch with Jesus, John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix, and my grandfather.

I would pick Jesus first of all because well Jesus is Jesus he knows all according to my beliefs. He lived durring a time and could describe things that no one now could because no one was allowed to paint pictures of people then. I love Jesus and I would love to meet him and talk to him.

Then I would pick John Lennon because he is a music great. I would love to pick Paul because well he’s my fave beatle but John is dead and well my chances of actually talking to Paul McCartney right now are still better then talking to John Lennon. John is a hero to me because he was changing music everytime and I still get teary eyed every time I hear “Imagine.”

Then I would pick Jimi Hendrix because Jimi is part of the reason why I started playing guitar. I can’t help but feel like a giddy grade school girl when I see the Woodstock footage of him playing the “Star Spangled Banner.” Also Purple Haze has become my life song. I play that song every single day for no reason at all. I love the solo. Jimi Hendrix is just an amazing guitar player who could teach me a thing or to.

Then I would pick my grandfather because he died when I was three and I never really got to know the men that a lot of the older people around me have gotten to know. From everything I’ve heard he was a great man and he never knew a stranger. He always had a friend no matter where he went. My grandfather according to everyone I know would do anything for his family and for God. I admire him and wish I could of known him the way so many other people do. I always hear how great a man he was. He also was one of the reason why I picked up guitar because everyone always talked about how great he was. I mean I picked it up for myself so I could understand what it was like but the way people talked about how he played help to inspire me to play. Those are who I would pick and why.
