Continuity
Lost some weight, not surprisingly given how little I’ve eaten on a couple of the last few days. I’m down 1.4 lbs which is also within the daily flux range of 2 lbs so I won’t count it as a victory yet.

Entry
I am cautiously excited and hopeful that I hear from the president of that company this week, or my friend who is coming up on maybe needing a project manager.

I have more laundry (so much laundry because it includes army gear) that I get to continue cycling through until it’s all clean.

I told me folks that I’m cutting back on red meat, happily having it as part of our spaghetti sauce but no more steaks please, unless it replaces the meat sauce in the week. The rest will be chicken, turkey and things from the sea.

I need to plan today’s meals, I want to hit 2000 calories the right way. I’m going to discuss with my fiancee how I should reach the 2000 calories because damn, veggies and berries are not the way to do it. I had celery, carrots, mushrooms and 8 shrimp last night in my soup last night, plus blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, for a meager total of 200 calories. I’d need to eat that TEN TIMES today, good god. The bagel that went with it all was more.

I’m thinking whole wheats for carbs should be good.
