If only it were so.

Today has been a good day.  It went by relatively fast.  The highlight was when a squirrel decided to jump into my house.  I was feeding him, and I guess the door was open just a little too far.  Another squirrel snuck up from behind.  After leaping into my house out of pure fright, the little guy jumped on my couch, ran across it, hopped off, made it as far as the stairs and realized outside was s different direction.  Then I laughed.  The squirrel ran so hard into the glass that he fell over dazed.  After what was less than a second, it hopped up and ran out the door which I opened wider.

In all fairness, it was scared and didn’t want to me in my house as much as I didn’t want him in it. Part of me does enjoy these little visits.  I wish I could get them on camera.

There is always a group of three that come several times a day.  Today the timidest one didn’t show up.  I’m hoping it’s the cold weather and my third favourite; it’s ranked in the order I met them, and he wasn’t squished or eaten.

Someone asked today how to “know” what’s really going on in the world.  One piece of advice that got left out of my reply was know history.  Not the history of textbooks and teachers, but the untaught history.  As an example, understand who John Dee was and what he accomplished and why that’s so important in today’s world.

Also, remember science isn’t fact.  It’s the best knowledge of the time and can be outdated for various reasons.  I learned today of the worlds largest ecological experiment that is taking place.

It’s to understand how water transports through the ground.  Apparently, the current understanding is from the early 1920’s.  This new experiment will radically change how thing such as flood waters will be predicted

Billions were spent on trying to find dark matter. It turns out dark matter doesn’t exist.  It was announced a month ago that humans currently have no understanding of how space works.

For years I’ve been saying that there was no such thing as dark matter, and the best; and now gaining serious tracking, is that the universe is electric.  This theory is also the only one that explains gravity.

I wrapped my presents today and completely forgot to get video footage or pictures.  I’m a little mad about that, but the real footage is needed when my Mom opens her presents.  I can film an intro easily.  I can even act like mainstream media and fake it.

I’m tired.  Time for bed.
