What is this?

I cannot get rid of this stomach ache. It isnt even that..it feels like my insides are twisted, and whenever I think of it, it twists more and more.

Last night I couldn’t even sleep. It was so like knotted feeling, I actually had to sit in the bathroom because I thought I might throw up.

What is this feeling?I just hope I am not taking on more than I can handle right now. Or I hope I am right..and actually can handle this..
